NAI Goddard & Smith has been our condo manager for a number of years now. It has been my great pleasure to serve on our council for those years. Prior to that we were very dissatisfied with the management company(ies) that we had hired. However since NAI became responsible for our building, we have been able to relax and know that our affairs are being capably managed, our bills paid in a timely manner, all our questions have been resolved to everyones satisfaction and that they are available, without delay, to see to any emergency that might arise.
