I have owned a property in Langley City since 1998 and have used NAI Goddard and Smith since then for all of my property management needs. I have been very pleased with their service. I live in another province and they have made owning a property, so far away, a worry free process. I have never had to concern myself with the day to day management of renters as well as things like appliance repairs or any concerns the tenants may have.
Each month I receive a statement of income and expenses as well as a year end statement for tax purposes. Both giving me a clear picture of what is happening with my property.
When tenants left, Nai Goddard & Smith got to work right away to replace them and were diligent until the property was rented again.
