I am currently a Strata Council member in a townhouse complex in South Surrey. In October 2013 I was one of 4 new members elected to Council. As a result of unforeseen circumstances the 4 of us ended up being the only sitting Council members, all with no past experience.
Without hesitation I can say that if it wasn't for the support we received from the staff at NAI Goddard & Smith, and in particular Sandi Coffin-DeGuilio, we would never have survived the first few months. Sandi's knowledge, advice and professionalism was invaluable to all of us then, and continues to this day.
